Hey, I am vacating my room in a 3 bhk flat. Looking for someone to replace me. The other two rooms are already occupied by my friends. We got the flat in semi furnished state. We have furnished it well. Some electronics are on rent, most are owned by us. The deposit quoted above includes the deposit amount we have paid to the landlord along with some share in the setup cost. We can discuss the numbers if needed. The bed and table and mattress in the room are owned by me. And I am ready to sell them off as well if needed at a fair price. They are all 10 months old and in new condition. The bed is solid rubber wood with storage space.
