It’s a spacious apartment, stocked with all the furnishings needed - Sofa, Microwave oven, Fridge, Washing Machine, Bed Mattress, you name it. Rent for this room is 24K a month, paid in advance monthly, along with maintenance at 2K per month paid quarterly. Security deposit is 83.5k. Other expenses include
1. Electricity bill (as per usage)
2. Maid - 3.5K/3 =1166 per head per month
3. Cook - 8K/3 = 2666 per head per month
4. Wi-Fi - 1399/3 = 466 per head per month
The society has a vast array of amenities. There’s a clubhouse for indoor sports like TT, Billiards, etc., including a gym, yoga room, dance room, music room and the likes. There’s also a swimming pool for those who like a dip every now and then. In terms of outdoor sports, there’s a basketball court, a lawn tennis court, a cricket practice net, a volleyball court and an outdoor badminton court.
I’ve been staying here more than two and a half years now and have never had to face any interference, neither from my landlady (she stays in Seattle with her family), not from the society management. There are no restrictions on any on your dietary habits (veg/non-veg, everything goes). All we expect is a basic standard of hygiene, so if you’re in the habit of leaving things strewn around in the common area, this may not be the best fit.
