Wi-Fi, maid cleaning room thrice a week and cleaning bathroom once a week included already in cost. Electricity/Gas expenses will be split equally based on actuals. Common areas are tennis, table tennis, box cricket , big park and common walking area. Pool/gym is 1000rs per month to be paid separate to clubhouse if you need.
