We are looking for a 3rd female flatmate for a fully furnished 3bhk in Bren EdgeWaters, Kasavanahalli gated society from 1st May. Rent for the available room: 21k per month (including maintenance) Deposit: 2.4 L (80k per person) with some initial setup cost In addition to the rent the 3rd flatmate will also have to share the electricity, wifi, gas, cook and maid with the other 2 flatmates. About the available room: Spacious room with a 3 door wardrobe, a drawer and a huge study table and a dedicated bathroom (not attached). Note: You will have to bring in your own bed.
