We are looking for a 3rd female flatmate for a fully furnished 3bhk in Bren EdgeWaters, Kasavanahalli gated society from 1st May. Rent for the available room: 21k per month (including maintenance) Deposit: 2.4 L (80k per person) In addition to the rent the 3rd flatmate will also have to share the electricity, wifi, gas, cook, maid and grocery costs with the other 2 flatmates. About the available room: Spacious room with 2 drawers for storage, a huge study table and a dedicated bathroom (not attached). Note: You will have to bring in your own bed.
