Looking for my replacement, a female flatmate for the a room with a dedicated washroom right outside the room in a 2bhk. There is a living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balcony and one utility area in the house. House is fully furnished with sofas,fridge, shoe rack washing machine, kitchen setup,table. I have lived here for 6 months No brokerage ! Maid and cook in place.
