PG for Girls in Panvel

So basically , it's furnished PG 1) 6000 is per person rent nothings is included in this 2) 7500 is the deposit 3) 2000�??�?�· ( no of girls staying in the PG)> this is for the maid who comes for daily dusting and cleans the toilet and bathroom one a week. 4) Electricity bill is equally divided by no of girls staying in the house. 5) 1000 is the token charges and that's compulsory to pay. 6) For food another maid comes she prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner and per person contro is 1500 (this is optional if you want) Most food is prepared by girls staying in the house and work is divided between them 7) Non veg is not allowed to prepare including eggs. One can bring it from outside and eat I have separate plates for non veg food. 8) Fridge is available 9) Wifi is free 10) Tenant should only bring their clothes and Blanket rest everything is available. 11) One month notice compulsory
