1.Rent to be paid on or before 6th of every month. A notice period of 30 days before vacating to be served. Advance deposit will be returned on the 30th day at time of vacating..Minimum booking for 4 months is only accepted. Any visitors are allowed to visit between 1:00 am and 6:00pm. Visitors are limited only to common visiting hall and strictly not allowed into private rooms. Any violations to any such acts will not be tolerated and the defaulter will be asked. to evacuate instantly. All common lights n fans to be kept off after 11:00 pm. All pgs to settle down in the PG by 11:00 pm latest. No male visitors allowed . Maining bathroom and rooms cleanliness is essential. No making much loud noises after 11:00pm. If Any requirements kindly feel free to address it to the admin staff then available.
