I MS. CHAITALI SHAH is the true Owner of the above mentioned flat situated in South Mumbai, Government Officers Colony, Hajiali, Mumbai - 400034. I am giving out one room of my apartment / flat on Single / Twin Sharing Paying Guest to Girls ( studying / working ) women only. I provide them with all good facilities which include separate bed, separate cupboard, separate room fridge, air conditioner and wifi , separate bathroom with hot water geyser , washing machine , microwave and shared kitchen appliances. I am charging Rs.25,000/- per month per candidate rent for SINGLE sharing P.G. and Rs. 20,000 for TWIN SHARING BASIS along with one time security deposit of Rs. 25,000 /-
