1 bed available for gentlemen from 16-May-25 onwards in double sharing large room. Other details below: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1000 sq ft. space for 5 guests in an independent bungalow top floor with independent entrance. Owner stays downstairs. Preference for a group of working professionals. Lock-in period of minimum 3 months and at owners discretion. This is a PG on cot basis and you will be sharing the space with other guests of the same gender. Guests will keep changing if anyone leaves. - The floor has 1 large spacious room with 3 beds and 1 smaller spacious room with 2 beds. Allotment is first come first served basis and any change is subject to availability and at owners discretion - 1 common utility room for everyone that includes kitchen (stove with cooking gas, fridge and water purifier provided) and washing machine  - 1 bath with western toilet and 1 separate western toilet (both shared by all guests) - There is a large balcony for all guests, that may be used for drying clothes - Each guest is provided with a personal cot & bedding and a cupboard. Premium quality bed sheets, pillows etc. - Electricity with power backup inverter (not provided in PGs generally), cooking gas, gas geyser and water are not charged separately. Guests are expected to use these resources with mindfulness and gratitude  - Broadband provided - Maid will clean and mop the floor routinely. Her monthly charges are also not charged separately. Bathroom and toilets to be cleaned by occupants regularly. Kitchen to be kept clean by occupants - Tiffin service and mess available nearby and contact can be shared with guests. Landlord does not provide this as a service and does not guarantee immediate availability of this service - Parking of any vehicles is convenient and just outside the compound (at vehicle owner's risk) - Visitors/Guardians are allowed only during day time and cannot stay overnight. Entry in premises is to be informed in advance and subject to owners discretion - All payments in cash in advance only - Smoking and drinking is restricted - Rs.1000 is charged upfront for admin and move-in/move-out charges
