Bedroom is with AC,and hall without AC,hence AC room rent per bed will be 6 thousand rupees and without AC rent per bed 4 thousand rupees.All amenities and utilities will give in working condition and will take with working condition,any deficiency must be compensated by tenants.Electrcity bill must be in sharing within available tenants.
