This is vacant corner commercial property measuring total 2400 sqft. 3.Owner will provide Foundation, Bwssb connection, 1 common bathroom and 4000 litres water tank. Individual Shop tenants should construct their own Infrastructure (MS Structure) & can apply BESCOM connection as per their needs at their own cost. The water bill be shared amongst all the tenants except Shop-4. Shop-4 will be provided with separate 2000 litres water tank.4. Each Shop?s total area and rental amount is mentioned. Every year 8.5% increase for renewal on monthly rental.5. The Shops will be provided on rental basis for 1 year. Tenants must pay 11 months advance as Security Deposit. If tenants wants for 2 years, then tenants must deposit 22 months deposit. Owner will have the sole discretion of extending rental agreement.6. BBMP taxes will be paid by the owner7. All the relevant BBMP / business permissions will be tenant?s responsibility. Owner will not be responsible for any external / neighbours objections.8.
