I want sell my shop located at Yashashree Society - C wing, Near Gangotri Hotel, Katraj Kondhwa Road, Pune - 46. For GPS location you can search Gangotri Hotel on Google maps and reach at shop. I'm owner of the shop and I purchased it it couple of years ago. The construction is new and its decent Society with towers of 14-15 stories. I've furnished shop little bit and also spent on building heavy mezzanine floors construction to make it full duplex shop.
