Rent for one room ONLY. Villa Camelot is a freestanding home in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. The owners built it with a lot of love and expect every person to maintain the house and keep it as if it were their own. We have a nurturing and loving environment at home, I am a Senior Polling specialist, Operations and training at Reuters news and my flatmate is a Product Manager at CapitalOne bank. We are looking for our third person! We have 4 rooms, 3 balconies, a huge kitchen and dining room. We care for plants, good food and slow life. It’s a nicely lit house, fully ventilated. One room is at the first floor, three rooms are on the second floor. We are listing the room on second floor, it comes with an attached bathroom, access to balcony and split AC. We have a bed (it’s my friend’s), it’s optional for you to keep it or get your own bed. We have a cook and a house cleaner. Electricity and water bills are separate. We are looking for a vegetarian or someone who doesn’t cook non-veg in the house. We will be available for house visits ONLY on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
