3 BHK house with the balcony and all rooms overlooking the 4 acre orchard. It is a vastu compliant house with an east facing exit. We have 2 car parking (back to back). It is a semi furnished house with a modular kitchen and wardrobes in all rooms. There is a TV unit, crockery unit, and a puja mandir.
There are lights and fans in all rooms and living room. There is a separate washing and drying area. There are cabinets made in all utilities and bathrooms.
It is well ventilated and is open from all sides. There are no common walls sharing with any other apartment.
There are good schools, hospitals, multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The nearest shopping mall is Bharatiya Mall of Bengaluru which is approx 5 kms.
The neighborhood is good and the society organizes all events and festivals with lots of celebrations happening throughout the year.
The best part of the amenities here are the 4 acre mango, coconut and chikoo orchard which is right in the middle of the complex. It has an open observation deck on the 12th floor where there is a yoga and meditation centre overlooking the Kalkere lake with a beautiful sunset.
The other amenities include gym, swimming pool, jacquizi, party hall, pool, snooker, table tennis, indoor games rooms, indoor badminton court, outdoor tennis, basketball courts and a football (multipurpose court). It also has guest rooms and a mini library.
