1. Full one time payment of Security Deposit amt to be done�?� before taking possession of the room.
2. All the necessary copies of the documents like aadhar card,Pan card,Company/Office or any working place proof ID,recent passport size photos ,etc to be given before the taking possession.
3. On time payment of rent expected on the due date without the need of reminders.
4.�?� No further amenities will be given except those made available.
5. Outstanding rent will result in immediate termination of the leave and license agreement thereby necessiting vacating the room.
6. Electricity and gas bill payments shall be done by the tenant before the expiry of the due date every month.
7. No nuisance/disturbance to anyone in the neighborhood.
8. No alteration/sub letting allowed.
9.�?� Maintaining the daily wear and tear of the room shall be the responsibility of the tenant.
10. Any damages done to the electrical fittings, taps,walls colors,or like any of those fixtures will be restored or compensated by the tenant at the time of vacating the room.
