The flat has a government attached electricity meter , IGL piped gas connection, High Quality Water and No electricity cuts . The jor bagh metro station is at a walkable distance of 300 meters from the flat . Maid Facility is also available. The maid comes two time one in morning and one time in the evening. The charge is 4500. So per person the cost is 2200 each It is an independent flat and free from house owner restrictions. For moving in you would have to pay a security deposit of 11,000 that is one month advance rent. The total rent of the flat is 22,000 per month .
