I am staying here for the past 2 years. Location is great, close to Vaishali Metro. However, drainage issues during rains need attention.

We bought a builder floor for rental purpose. Monthly rental returns are decent, but resale interest is low.

As a flat owner in Vasundhara, I appreciate the calm surroundings and safety. However, water supply issues in summer can be frustrating. Still a decent residential area.

Vasundhara is slowly gaining traction due to proximity to Delhi border and metro. I’m hopeful, but growth is steady, not fast-paced.

I visited Vasundhara to meet a cousin and stayed for a wekk here. The area was surprisingly clean, with well-maintained parks and quiet streets. However, the streetlights are lacking in some inner lanes
