I shifted here for work, and Sector 85 is well-connected to Dwarka Expressway. Affordable rents are a plus, but the area is still under development, so there’s some construction noise.

Living in Sector 85 with my family. There are a few good schools and parks around for kids. The area is quiet, so it is perfect for a relaxed lifestyle. However, the shopping options here are still limited, and we often have to go to nearby sectors for malls or for more variety in stores.

I made an investment in Sector 85 about three years ago, and I am quite happy with it. The area was relatively underdeveloped back then, but I have seen consistent progress. There are more shops and facilities coming up. Roads are smoother now, and with the metro extension on the horizon, I am sure property prices will rise significantly.
