Transport is excellent, but auto drivers overcharge. I prefer taking the metro whenever possible to avoid haggling.

I have seen this city becoming crowded within the last few years. This is very good as becuase of that the rental rates have been risen a lot thanks to that.

I moved here a year ago, and I love how everything is within reach such as shopping malls, schools, hospitals – you name it.

The property I bought a few years ago, and it's been a great decision. The area has seen steady growth in infrastructure, with better roads, etc.
