I have been here for a couple of years now, and it’s been quite good. The area is well-connected, with markets, schools, and hospitals nearby.

Living in Hadapsar is great! My office in Magarpatta is just 10 minutes away, and Amanora Mall has everything I need for shopping and entertainment.

Public transport is excellent. I can easily get a PMPML bus or an auto, and cabs are always available, even late at night.

My apartment’s value has appreciated in the last few years, but resale is difficult due to increasing new projects in Hadapsar.

My investment in Amanora Township has paid off. It’s in demand, and tenants are always looking for well-maintained apartments here.

Weekend traffic near Seasons Mall is unbearable! The roads get choked, and finding parking inside the mall is frustrating.

I found that rental market is very good here and tenants are always looking for new properties hence I am happy investing here

Affordable rent was a big reason for choosing Hadapsar for me. While the area is developing, some parts still lack proper waste management and cleanliness.
