Dasna is good if you are looking for an affordable place close to the highway. The connectivity to Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway is a big advantage for people travelling towards Delhi or Noida. But traffic on the highway during office hours is a nightmare.

Dasna is nice if you are looking for an affordable home away from city rush. It Is greener and less polluted.

I have been staying here for the past year. The environment is still semi-urban. The development is slow, and proper facilities like malls, multiplexes, and big hospitals are far.

Visited a small temple with family near Dasna. Very quiet and spiritual feel. People are simple and welcoming. The road was quite rough and dusty.

Broker showed us plots in Dasna. Land is cheap compared to city areas. Good place to buy and keep for 5-7 years. But right now, area is still underdeveloped.

We found Dasna suitable for bigger joint family living. Houses are big and open. Grocery shops and vegetable markets are nearby.
