Can We Sell CIDCO Lottery Flat?
The state government is considering making it permissible to transfer flats in CIDCO complexes in Navi Mumbai. Beneficiaries assigned CIDCO flats cannot sell them for at least five years. Buyers who gave power of attorney to transfer their CIDCO flat before the five-year term can now get the transaction legalised under the amnesty scheme.

- To proceed with payment, enter your consumer no/UID and captcha code and hit submit.
- If you don't know your customer number/UID, go to http://www.cidcoindia.com/estatescbill/page/searchconsumer.aspx and type it in.
- Enter your node, sector number, property UID, or name, then click submit to acquire your consumer number/UID number.
- Note that CIDCO customers can use the e-payment capability for service charges and water bills for all sorts of transactions. CIDCO, on the other hand, reserves the right to charge consumers for using the service
CIDCO Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint about a CIDCO service, you can use the CIDCO grievance redressal system. CIDCO advocates using online media for a quick and effective response. However, only Monday and Thursday from 2 pm to 5 pm are available for meetings with the chief grievance redressal officer (CGRO).
